Our mentors follow a structured programme encompassing short-term, intermediate, and long-term objectives. We track and measure improvements in crucial areas such as confidence and self-esteem, social skills, emotional intelligence and behaviour. Through this process, we build trusted relationships with every child and will sustain our support for them for as long as needed.
